I have received an email (copied below) regarding the Solar Farm proposal that I have been asked to share, as you can see the consultation extension is due to expire on Tuesday 16th July 2013, so if you have any views and wish to make a comment to North Somerset then NOW is the time to do it. "I am a member of the steering committee opposed to the solar farm, I contacted you when residents were given a 28 day extension for consultion, this expires on Tuesday, we are aware that still many villagers dont know the magnitude of this proposal and the future implications for the surrounding area. Could you please on our behalf try to reach a few more via a message on your site. There are 60 or so objectors at the moment, the more the better, we all cannot be wrong about the suitability of this industral site in or adjacent to such a beautiful part of Somerset."
