We Want You

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

 

Have you got a little bit of time to spare to keep Bleadon's Monthly Village Market going?

 

We urgently need people to adopt one or more of the metal road signs which go up in the week before the market and come down Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning. Also occasional help is needed with setting up tables and road bollards at the hall on the Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning, and then clearing away the tables and bollards at the end of the market at 12.30 on market day.All this happens just once a month.

It is not an onerous job, and the Hall Committee are a cheerful band of volunteers who look after the halls for the village. A reasonable head for figures and a tidy mind would be an advantage. The present treasurer has been doing it for years and deserves a break!
